What is Sefuture?
Sefuture is an independent prediction tracking platform that monitors macro analysts, traders, and financial commentators — extracting their specific market predictions and scoring them objectively against real market data.
The problem: The financial media is saturated with confident predictions. Analysts make bold calls on YouTube, podcasts, and Substack. But nobody keeps score. A commentator can be wrong repeatedly and still command a large audience with no accountability.
Our solution: Sefuture builds a verifiable track record for every analyst we monitor. Every prediction is extracted, scored for falsifiability, tracked against live market data, and resolved objectively. No editorialising. No bias. Just the record.
How It Works
1. Content Ingestion
We monitor YouTube channels, podcasts, and Substack posts from leading macro analysts and traders. Transcripts are automatically extracted and processed.
2. AI Prediction Extraction
Our two-pass AI pipeline first builds a style profile for each analyst, then extracts only falsifiable, trackable predictions — filtering out narrative noise, philosophical statements, and unfalsifiable opinions.
3. Falsifiability Scoring
Every prediction is scored 1-10 for falsifiability. Only predictions scoring 7 or above are tracked. A prediction needs a specific asset, a clear direction, and an implied timeframe to qualify.
4. Live Market Tracking
Predictions are checked against real market data daily. Price targets, directional calls, and event predictions are scored objectively as they resolve.
5. Analyst Scorecards
Over time each analyst builds a verifiable track record — hit rate by asset class, by timeframe, by confidence level. The data speaks for itself.
The Falsifiability Score
Not all predictions are equal. Our falsifiability score measures how trackable a prediction actually is:
- Score 9-10: Highly specific — named event with hard deadline, or precise price target. Easy to score objectively.
- Score 7-8: Solid — clear asset, direction, and implied timeframe. Trackable with confidence.
- Score below 7: Rejected — too vague, no timeframe, or unfalsifiable. Never enters the database.
This filter is our quality gate. It means every prediction you see on Sefuture is something that can be objectively verified — not a vague narrative dressed up as a forecast.
Why This Matters
Financial media rewards confidence, not accuracy. The loudest voices get the most subscribers regardless of their track record. Sefuture changes the incentive structure — by making accuracy visible, we give audiences the tools to make informed decisions about whose analysis to trust.
We are not affiliated with any analyst we track. We receive no payment from any party to promote or suppress predictions. Our only interest is accuracy.
